Summary of Responsibility

This data-driven marketer is responsible for managing our inbound funnel. Reporting to the director of marketing operations, the senior growth marketing manager will plan and implement strategies to increase website traffic, generate qualified leads, and identify areas for improvement across the entire inbound lifecycle. Essential Functions

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and customer acquisition/retention, focusing on email marketing and advertising.

  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.

  • Manage the budget, strategy, implementation, and reporting on all advertising campaigns across social media and the Google network.

  • Oversee Finalsite’s email calendar and monitor all automated email marketing campaigns, regularly identifying new opportunities for campaigns and adjustments.

  • Manage and support the email marketing manager to execute campaigns and achieve KPIs.

  • Collaborate with Sr. Content Marketing Manager to align on content and lead gen initiatives, managing Finalsite’s content distribution strategy across advertising and email marketing.

  • Partner with colleagues on the product marketing team to develop and execute on product and client marketing campaigns.

  • Work closely with the field marketing, brand and communications teams to develop lead-generation strategies and materials that promote awareness for the Finalsite brand.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.

  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth through acquisition and retention marketing.

  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, landing pages, funnels, and conversion paths.

  • Experience managing and reporting on advertising campaigns.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Knowledge of HubSpot marketing suite or comparable product and Google Analytics are required.

  • 4+ years of experience, preferably in a tech inbound marketing role or agency environment.

  • HubSpot Inbound Marketing/Email Marketing and Google Ads Certifications are a plus.
