Customer Service Representative - Remote | Wfh

Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our team! As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to child support clients by answering calls in accordance with our standard procedures and contractual obligations. You will also categorize calls and record any abusive or extraordinary interactions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work from home and receive in-office training in Hermitage, TN.


To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of policies and procedures, excellent oral and written communication skills, and be knowledgeable in modern office practices, procedures, and equipment. You should also possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to use tact, patience, and courtesy when interacting with clients. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and you should be proficient in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad. Additionally, you should be able to type at least 35 words per minute and have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office.


This position requires a Monday-Friday schedule from 7:00am-3:30pm CST.
