We're seeking a talented Customer Support Specialist to join our team! As our Customer Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional service to our clients and ensure they have a great experience using our product. If you're a detail-oriented, self-learner who loves troubleshooting software issues and providing clients with solutions that meet their business needs, then we want to hear from you!

This is a full-time position with hours from 11:00am - 8:00pm EST. You'll be responsible for responding to client inquiries through email, chat, and phone. You'll also work directly with clients, as well as our Development and Quality Assurance teams to identify, triage, and resolve system issues. In addition, you'll document requirements and user stories for production issues and feature requests, and prepare knowledge-based content.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of customer support experience and 6 months of administrative experience with DanceStudio-Pro Software. You should also have strong customer service and analytical skills, and the ability to diagnose and explain complex solutions to technical and non-technical audiences. Previous experience with SaaS or payments industry is preferred, but not mandatory.

Salary Range: $35,000 - $40,000 USD per year (US Remote)
