Our Marketing team is committed to building the Karat brand and long-term value of the business in order to help achieve revenue and margin targets.

What you will do

As the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations reporting into the VP of Marketing, you will partner with other marketing leaders to implement, report out on, and optimize the marketing funnel. This role requires a close partnership with Demand Marketing, Product Marketing, Sales, Revenue Enablement, and more. You will help to develop the marketing tech stack and rhythm of business that will best help Karat grow our demand generation engine.

Key Responsibilities include: 

  • Implementing and optimizing the Marketing Technology Stack.
  • Own the Rhythm of Business for the Marketing team (Bi-weekly, Monthly, Quarterly).
  • Partner with the leadership team on executive reporting and strategy.
  • Build and maintain self-service dashboards for leadership and channel owners.
  •  Drive optimization of Marketing and Sales funnel through analysis, insights, and optimization.
  • Represent marketing and drive cross functional alignment on critical topics like lead scoring, attribution, and target setting.  
  • Act as a strong partner with cross functional team members from Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing and more. 

 The experience you will bring

  • 5+ years of experience analyzing and leveraging marketing data to drive business outcomes.
  • Have led the implementation and optimization of modern marketing / sales technologies (Hubspot, Adobe, Salesforce, or like products).
  • Experience running a rhythm of business that drives visibility, accountability, and performance.
  • Track record of synthesizing data and insights for consumption across all levels of audiences.
  • Experience with multiple demand marketing channels (Paid Media, Social, Digital, Lifecycle, Webinar and Events).
  • Track record of successfully partnering with cross functional teams to deliver on aggressive growth targets.
  • Comfortable with owning and delivering on KPIs.
  • Demonstrated strong writing and communication skills; with a track record of publishing high quality content.
  • Growth mindset and an expectation that the role will evolve and grow.

This is a salaried, full-time position. Immigration sponsorship is not available.

Karat’s HQ is based in Seattle, Washington, but our core team is distributed throughout the United States, Canada, and United Kingdom.
