Position: Settlement Coordinator (Temporary, 4+ months)

We're looking for a talented Settlement Coordinator to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a supportive team in a hybrid role that offers a flexible schedule, with Mondays and Fridays working remotely and Tuesdays through Thursdays onsite.

Responsibilities

As a Settlement Coordinator, you'll be responsible for the weekly settlement of all Company-owned and Independent DSD Partners (IDP) routes. You'll also provide exceptional customer service by answering phone calls and emails from IDPs and troubleshooting any issues they have with their settlement statement. You'll work closely with our team to ensure IDPs receive timely support, with most of your time spent on Tier 1 phone calls.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have strong written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable working in an office setting. You'll need to be proficient in basic MS Excel, with experience in customer support and phone-based troubleshooting. You'll also need to be professional, organized, and able to manage a high volume of calls (approximately 10-30 per day).
