- Working collaboratively across departments to develop content for omni-channel campaigns (eg, email, direct, web) to drive corporate objectives.
- Further developing brand voice and tone as key content and editor for the campaign team.
- Developing strategic content themes to support campaigns.
- Writing compelling content for emails, landing pages, webinars, blogs, videos, and more.
- Creating editorial calendars/planning for print, digital, and newsletter content.
- Producing and/or editing sales enablement materials including sell sheets, presentations, customer references, etc.
- Ensuring all content meets brand standards in terms of style, quality, and tone.
- Working with internal and external vendors as needed to scale the quantity of outbound content.
- Managing the customer engagement newsletter(s) to deliver targeted content to multiple audiences, driving engagement, utilization of products, and messaging to customer/market.
- Works alongside marketing strategists, designers, copywriters, and content creators within Commercial Marketing, Creative, Category Management, Product Marketing, and more to develop and refine campaign ideas and expressions.

- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, content marketing, marketing, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing or communications
- None
- Experience developing content for software and/or technology brands
- Familiarity with animal health industry, but not required
- Strong analytical, critical, and creative-thinking skills
- Superior project management skills with a strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of success setting and achieving ambitious goals
- Knowledge of social platforms, SEO, and PPC preferred
- Familiarity with project management tools, (eg, Asana, Workfront)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel / PowerPoint
- 3-4 writing samples: combination of long and short form copy for digital or print, ad copywriting, and blog
- Pet friendly office environment.
