As part of our People & Culture team, you'll help retain and attract top talent, accelerate the integration of systems, enable future growth and enhance our team member experience. You will work with our People & Culture Business Partner to support company efforts to engage and support our team members throughout their team member journey. This includes supporting people leaders and their team members with our people processes, developing our teams, researching current trends, and supporting P&C annual calendar execution. The role requires communication, collaboration, and teamwork within the department.

Here's how

  • Support the P&C Business Partner for Technology teams in the org (500 team members) in their everyday agenda
  • Provide coaching and consultative support to team members & people managers in the business units you support
  • Work closely with business and team members on business unit initiatives driving team member engagement
  • Effectively own employee relations matters across the globe for the client group, working with key stakeholders to drive towards efficient and effective outcomes. 
  • Build a strong business relationship with internal customers and the leadership team
  • Proactively support and deliver P&C programs to the business in the areas of employee relations, training & development, performance management, onboarding/offboarding, succession and resource planning. Executing with a sense of urgency coupled with a high level of detail. 
  • Passionately put our customers first by proactively seeking conversations with team members and people leaders through exit interviews, stay interviews, business meetings, town halls, etc. Then, synthesizing learnings and data from these interactions for insightful pattern recognition and problem-solving. Driving recommendations to completion either independently or through spirited teamwork where interdependence is needed. 
  • Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.  This position may have no direct supervisory responsibilities but may serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
  • Participate in creating policies and procedures at TAC.

What you bring to this role

  • 3+ years of Human Resources Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or another related are preferredd
  • Previous exposure to US and/ or Canadian employment law, international exposure preferred
  • Excellent ability to utilize Microsoft Office Tools especially MS Excel and Google Suite
  • Employee Relations experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Ability to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality 
  • Proactive, self driven
  • Collaborative team player with the ability independently
  • Strong communication skills and pleasant and accommodating disposition
  • Able to work under pressure to meet the needs of a demanding, ever-changing and growing international business
