Administrative Assistant - Remote | Wfh
We're looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant! This is a long-term 1099 independent contractor position with the opportunity to go full-time in the future. The best part? You can work from the comfort of your own home!
In this role, you will be responsible for performing various administrative duties for the Managing Partner of our firm. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our daily operations run smoothly.
We're looking for someone with at least 1-2 years of administrative experience, who is confident, responsible, and able to work well under pressure. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and have experience with editing PDF documents.
As our Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including creating and executing email campaigns with Constant Contact and Nutshell, database management, and entering contacts into our CRM system. You will also be responsible for organizing existing databases and word documents, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
This is a part-time position with 15-20 hours per week. You'll work from Monday to Friday, with a flexible schedule of 8:30 to 12:30 CST. The pay rate for this position is $15 per hour.
