Administrative Virtual Assistant - Full Time
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, email management, and file organization
- Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
- Perform research and gather information as needed
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
- Communicate with team members and clients as needed
- Follow established procedures and processes
- Provide suggestions for process improvements
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Reliable and fast internet connection
- Available to work during business hours (North American time zones)
- Experience with data entry and database management is a plus
