customer Service Representative - Move Coordinator - Primarily Remote!
Pay Range: $45,000-55,000- negotiable DOE

*Relocation/Moving/Logistics industry experience highly preferred*
Job Functions
1. Oversee move from beginning to end following the identified CS process
2. Act as a primary point of contact with the transferee, account and service providers to maximize customer satisfaction
3. Identify potential issues and work toward a resolution
4. Secure authorizations from the account via a variety of portals or systems
5. Update critical move information, including notes in Account’s portal or internal data system
6. Provide the transferee with status of the move at designated points
7. Pro-actively update the account of any issues
8. Complete follow up calls with the transferees after move completion
9. Ability to anticipate internal and external customer’ needs
Requirements and Competencies
1. Excellent written and oral communication skills
2. Ability to coordinate with various service providers on the transferee’s behalf
3. Effective problem solving and organizational skills
4. Customer service experience preferred
5. Relocation/Moving/Logistics industry experience preferred
6. Ability to follow systemic workflow tasks
