freight Brokerage Sales Executive

Giddy Up LLC is seeking a Sales Executive to assist in growing our business. You will perfect and grow the business, by providing world class customer service to our customer, earning their trust and loyalty. Maintaining that foundation and building for the future of your account and the Company. Must come with a book of Business.

The Ideal Candidate:

· Has transportation supervision and management experience (preferred)

Must have an active book of business

· Is driven to meet and exceed customer, company, and personal goals

· Has a High Degree of emotional intelligence

· Thrive in Fast-Paced and Ever changing environment with changing priorities

· Is committed to championing a positive work place and is capable of leading by setting that example

The Position:

· Interacts daily with potential customers

· Communicates the needs of the current customers to team

· Effectively balance the needs of the customer, with the capabilities of your team

Keys to Success in this Role:

· Be Accountable for personal Performance, Goals, Growth, and Customers Satisfaction

· Celebrate Wins and learn from Failures

· Keep a close eye on market trends and feedback from customers that could have positive or negative impact on your team

· Interface Regularly with Director, Sales, Operation, and Logistics management

· Develop forecasting for future periods and take a strategic position in understanding customer needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
