Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$84,200.00 - $137,502.77
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

What You'll Be Doing
- This field sales position calls on established Aerospace and Defense customers in the Philadelphia market.
- The position requires the comprehensive ability to develop strategic plans for all assigned accounts and to sell to market the full set of Arrow offerings incorporating in-depth knowledge of Arrow's key supplier lines.
- Must be able to prepare comprehensive internal quarterly business reviews (QBR), presenting strategic plans and implementation steps to grow sales, demand creation, and improve customer service-the ability to lead regular QBRs with major customers that unlock additional sales opportunities.
- Must be able to promote and sell the value-add supply chain and full life cycle programs offered by Arrow.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction regarding supply chain management and other value-added services.
- Experience with sales tracking tools, i.e., SalesForce.com and Oracle, is a plus.
- Establish an ability to build relationships with key suppliers.
- Requires in-depth knowledge and experience.
- Works independently; receives minimal guidance.
- Contributes to process improvements.
- Typically resolves problems using existing solutions.

- This job profile requires the assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals as set forth by Arrow.
- Remote position but will need to reside in Philadelphia to support clients in person.

- Must have 5-7 years of electronic distribution or OEM field sales experience.
- Typically resolves problems using existing solutions.
- Works with minimal guidance
- Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
- Ability to develop strategic plans for all assigned accounts, sell and market the full set of Arrow offerings incorporating in-depth knowledge of Arrow's key supplier lines.
