senior Manager Fp&a R&d/ Marketing/ Innovation

Job Objective: The Senior Manager, FP&A is a key member of the FP&A team. The role is responsible for managing financial and operational metrics. As a result, the Senior Manager, FP&A will works closely with senior management to ensure that the company’s results are on track.
Essential Job Functions:
- Collaborates with category marketing on new product innovation P&Ls that align to the company’s strategic plan, developing financial metrics for NPI lifecycle analysis, including setting in-market metrics.
- Analyzing, costing and pricing new opportunities and platforms as they are developed
- Works to build ROI models on for R&D and other strategic projects and tracks progress through project lifetime
- Analyzes go-to-market return on investments for strategic marketing initiatives, media, new product rollouts, and for use of various distribution channels
- Responsible for tracking Marketing Spend and commitments and timing to hitting the P&L
- Owns management of financial analysis of Operating Expenses (SG&A) Globally for Marketing, R&D, and business category managers
- Sets budget and strategic plan for global Marketing, R&D, and Innovation teams and projects
- Will work on many ad-hoc requests to CMO and CP&IO
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting and / or Finance. MBA Preferred
- 8-9 years of experience in Corporate Finance, preferably in a multi-national environment
- Prior FP&A experience a must have with strong emphasis on P&L Forecasting
- Experience in upstream or new product innovation financial modeling
- Comfortable with working with unknown markets and future products while taking a disciplined approach to analysis work
- A demonstrated track record of change management essential
- Experience with Board (BFC), CliqSense and PowerBI, Tableau a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with Executive and senior business management
- Initiative, an ability to work independently, and strong leadership skills with potential to progress
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Will need to have the ability to travel to NH locations on a monthly basis. Travel up to 10% (domestic and international)
