Senior Marketing Director - Remote | Wfh


We're looking for a Senior Marketing Director to lead the development and execution of our entire brand's marketing strategy! As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to drive results across all offerings, including high-performance luxury product, retail, and experiences. You'll be responsible for creating and implementing effective ecommerce marketing and merchandising campaigns, managing relationships with key partners and influencers, and overseeing our social media, paid media, email, events, and public relations efforts.

In this role, you'll have the chance to build and manage a dynamic marketing team consisting of digital marketing managers, coordinators, and identifying resource needs for the future. You'll also work to ensure brand synergy with the Aspen Ski Company, as well as other partnerships to increase brand awareness and drive sales. If you're based in CO, NY, GA, ID, CA, FL, CT, TX, HI, or IL, you'll have the option to work remotely.

As a Senior Marketing Director, you'll develop and implement marketing channel strategy, effective ecommerce marketing, PR, and merchandising strategies to drive sales, retention, and increase brand awareness. You'll identify, partner, and work with external partners, including unique brands, to develop high-heat collaborative product collections and go-to-market campaigns. You'll collaborate with the Aspen Ski Company and other partners to develop cross-promotion strategies and ensure brand campaign synergy and increase brand visibility.

To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field and a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role. You should have a strong understanding of ecommerce marketing, experiential marketing, and merchandising strategies. Experience in fashion, experiences, retail, hospitality, ski, luxury, outdoor or sporting goods industry is a plus. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills are required, and you should have a strong analytical mind with experience using data to inform marketing decisions.

Other key responsibilities of this role include overseeing the brand's public relations efforts, managing the brand's social media presence, creating engaging content to increase followers, engagement, and conversion, and monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjusting as necessary. You'll also create, track, and manage the brand's marketing budget and identify and lead all external marketing partnerships.
