About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist (full-time role) you will help design and execute communications for the complete User Funnel within a Fintech APP. You will be a key person in the acquisition and growth strategy of Bankuish in several markets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the

    execution

    of

    Online acquisition strategy 

  • Plan &

    execute

    Engagement Strategy

    (mailing & push notifications) 
  • Collaborate & support Customer experience efforts & channels
  • Aid in design & execution of 360 campaigns. Collaborate on the content for our app, design emails for lead generation and retention, create communication with our customer support…
  • Run marketing operations to connect different systems and databases to

    surface key insights

    to improve business operations. 
  • Data analytics. Manage KPIs: Define, track, and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive activities that support the continued growth and health of the Marketing strategy & the product.

Required Skills :

  • 2+ years of professional experience in online marketing, email marketing, social media & digital content, customer experience, etc
  • Skills & experience with online advertising (Facebook/Meta Business manager, Google ads campaigns, SEO)
  • Advanced skills &  experience with engagement & CX tools (CRMs, email automation platforms, BI and analytics tools) & push notifications (Firebase, Clevertap, others)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising/Communication/Business or related career backgrounds
  • Be user centric, data-driven and have a clear understanding of analytics, metrics, and statistics
  • Storytelling experience. Outstanding written and verbal communication is required. 
  • Prepared to jump out of the comfort zone & deliver in a fast & changing environment
  • Fluent in Spanish and intermediate or better English

Desired Skills :

  • Portuguese speaker
  • User research experience
  • The ability to bring confidence to potentially chaotic or challenging situations. Great composure and empathy.
  • Design Skills (Illustrator/Photoshop)
  • HTML/CSS
  • Web Design experience
  • Copywriting skills
