We are seeking a talented Media Coordinator to join our marketing team and bring media to life through collaboration with media and creative services teams. This exciting role will be at the forefront of marketing campaign planning and will leverage project management tools and clear communication to ensure that media launches are executed flawlessly. You will manage timelines, highlight important details, and help improve process and collaboration.
As a Media Coordinator, You Will Be Responsible For
Acting as a subject matter expert for project management tool usage related to media tasks
Ensuring that the project management tool is consistently updated for cross-communication among teams
Overseeing the overall governance of media and creative intake process
Coordinating with agencies and publishers on creative requirements, timelines, and due dates
Assisting with priority work during critical times
Sharing creative libraries across various media channels
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
Basic understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and reporting on media platforms
Excellent communication skills
Basic knowledge of media planning fundamentals
Ability to work well with individuals at various levels within the company and external resources
Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in working with numbers
A creative problem-solving mindset and a drive for process improvement
At least 1 year of experience in creative production or marketing operations
Basic familiarity with ad systems and technologies

Base salary range: $45,200.00 to $61,000.00
