As a Patient Scheduler, you'll be responsible for scheduling patients with physicians via incoming and outbound calls with a focus on excellent customer service. You'll be an integral part of our team, providing operational support in the delivery of patient care in a call center environment.

Your communication skills and dedication to excellent customer service will be vital to the role. You'll be responsible for answering phones in a timely and professional manner, scheduling appointments, obtaining and inputting insurance information, and updating our computer systems with patient and referring physician data.

Our medical group is made up of more than 800 physicians, 450+ advanced practice providers, and 2,600 clinical and support staff in over 40 specialties. We operate over 200 offices, providing compassionate, multidisciplinary care to more than one million patients each year. We've been in existence since 1994 and have demonstrated consistent growth and stability in an ever-changing healthcare market.

As a qualified candidate, you'll have a high school diploma or equivalent and previous customer service experience. Proficiency with computer programs like email, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is a must. Previous experience in a medical office or call center setting is preferred, and being bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

This is a remote position, but we're looking for local applicants who can attend 100% of our local training and staff meetings. The shift is Monday through Friday, during the day.
