What a Day In The Office Could Look Like
Working closely with internal stakeholders from various departments to implement digital ad strategies and ensure campaigns are aligned with predetermined KPIs, budgets, and targets.
Analyzing data to make informed decisions on future strategies and tactics and identifying areas for improvement.
Conducting market research to determine competitor and market influences.
Collaborating with creative and analytical teams to execute digital marketing campaigns and assets.
Managing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google, Bing, Facebook/Meta, and more.
Pulling and providing routine reporting for various internal stakeholders.
Supporting the Digital Marketing team with administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For
1-3 years of marketing experience, specifically within digital marketing.
Retail And E-commerce Experience Preferred.
BA/BS degree in related field preferred (Marketing, Business, Public Relations or Communications).
An analytical mindset and the ability to interpret technical findings.
Familiarity with search, bid management and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
Experience running paid digital marketing campaigns and ads.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
We Offer
Hourly rate of $18-$29 with an annual bonus of up to 10%.
