Employer Brand

As we continue to expand the Content, Communications and Community (CCC) division of Marketing at Figma, we’re looking for someone to drive storytelling about our employer brand. As Figma continues to scale in 2023, hiring incredible talent is a strategic imperative for the entire company. 

This role will partner closely with the communications, people operations, and recruiting teams to design, develop and deploy strategies and tactics that bring Figma’s community-oriented, creative, and driven culture to life. In addition, this person should be able to capture what it feels like to be a Figmate through that content and storytelling. As we continue to grow as a business, this role will be pivotal in helping us reach the next level while maintaining what is uniquely Figma. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States. 

What you'll do at Figma:

  • Develop and implement an employer branding plan that reflects and highlights Figma’s culture, values and internal personas. 

  • Create engaging and innovative content, including social, video and recruitment platforms, to amp up our company’s culture and working environment. 

  • Specific to EB, manage and maintain our careers website and social media channels, ensuring that they are up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with our values and brand. 

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including the people team, social, recruiting and marketing to ensure our employer brand messaging is consistent, clear and effective. 

  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners - job boards, talent platforms, Best Places/lists. 

  • Work closely with the recruiting team to attract and engage top talent and improve the candidate experience overall. 

  • Look ahead to forecast priorities, roles or departments.

  • Refresh of careers page (ongoing) 

  • A global life at Figma series - production for both internal and external EB use highlighting our offices, people and unique cultures of each.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of Employer Branding and/or Talent Acquisition experience preferred  

  • Proficient in LinkedIn Talent Solution

  • Experience working with varying job boards and career fairs 

  • Ability to partner cross functionally on an end-to-end employer brand initiatives

  • Strong brand ambassador with strong storytelling and advocacy experience  

  • Ability to truly understand the voice of Figmates and to translate that for potential candidates

  • Self-driven in a fast-paced recruiting and Employer Brand environment with the ability to #runwithit

  • Ability to continuously improve the way we discover and hire 

  • Driving constant improvement with a creative and out of the box approach

  • Ability to coach partners and make recommendations within the employer branding area
