Hr Administrative Assistant - Full Time
Qualifications
- Two years Human Resources administrative experience preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office applications which include Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as Google Suite.
- Strong level of communication skills
- Highly detailed
- Prepares correspondence and reports as requested. Create fliers.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, etc. for meetings
- Posting and advertising open positions.
- Maintains new hire packets and documents.
- Performs pre-employment background checks and drug screens.
- Present offers to final candidates and create offer letters
- Collects onboarding documents for new hires. Creates and maintains employee files.
- Enter employment data into computer database.
- Assists with employee education, through on-line portal.
- Assists with tracking and maintaining credential files for all contract, student, and agency staff.
- Assists with the administration of the KUDOS program and other employee recognition programs.
- Assists with badge system and granting appropriate access.
- Assists with New Hire Orientation.
- Perform administrative work, including scheduling, maintaining files and sorting mail.
- Perform office duties such as assisting with mailings, answering telephones, taking and relaying messages, copying, faxing, and scanning.
- Administers Intranet site.
- Other duties as assigned by Human Resources Manager or other Administration Managers.
