Marketing Associate - Remote | Wfh
Position Description
We're looking for a Marketing Associate to join our small but nimble marketing team. In this role, you'll report to the Senior Director of Marketing and work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager of Demand Generation to execute marketing campaigns and support day-to-day marketing operations.
Major Areas Of Responsibility
As a Marketing Associate, you'll be responsible for gathering data and compiling reports that inform our marketing strategy. You'll maintain and update records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns, as well as update buyer personas, market research, and competitive analysis as needed. You'll also work in our marketing automation platform to support email and social publishing and list segmentation, and append and cleanse contact records.
You'll be responsible for managing HubSpot files, creating and managing unique URLs and/or tags for campaign performance tracking, and organizing sales materials. You'll work with vendors and enterprise resources to manage completion of assigned tasks, and organize, manage, purchase, and distribute materials for events and conferences within a specified budget and as assigned.
Additionally, you'll manage day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring that our marketing operations run smoothly. This includes managing the marketing project management software by reviewing marketing requests, assigning tasks, and providing updates as needed. You'll also provide training and technical support for sales in their use of the CRM.
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need superior communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and an analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude. You should have exceptional organizational and project management skills, be proactive, resourceful, and a driven problem-solver. You should be self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and have proven experience managing and publishing a social content calendar.
You should have sound knowledge of marketing tools, techniques, and best practices, as well as experience organizing SEO/SEM marketing campaigns. Experience with Google Analytics, SEO tools, and a Marketing Automation Platform such as HubSpot is required. You should have excellent presentation skills and proficiency in English, with strong verbal as well as written communication skills.
Education And Experience
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant, or a related position.
Travel
This position requires less than 15% travel.
