Region Product Support Specialist - Northeast Region 🔥


Overview: This position supports and assists Area and Location Managers with all aspects of parts and service sales for locations in the assigned Region with a focus on profitability and customer satisfaction. This position supports the financial success of the region by helping to ensure that Area and Location teams within the region deliver on key financial and business metrics for the product support business throughout the year.
  • Must reside within our Northeast Region (Locations include MN: Ada, Crookston, Elbow Lake, Fergus Falls, Herman, Moorhead, Roseau, Winger / ND: Casselton, Fargo, Wahpeton).

  • Responsible for supporting store in handling customer inquiries and communications that arise including resolving customer complaints and ensuring that Titan is superior in customer service
  • Demonstrates expertise regarding the financial drivers of parts and service departments and works with Area and Location product support teams to ensure they meet or exceed parts and service sales goals and financial objectives at each store and for the region
  • Assists the Talent Team in virtual and in person recruiting events, and collaborates on expanding existing product support programs and developing new product support programs
  • Works with Area and Location product support teams and Store Support Team to support the continued training and development of new product support employees
  • Is a role model for environmental health and safety and supports Area and Location product support teams to ensure a safe work environment and that all product support employees understand and follow all safety policies and procedures
  • Works with Area and Location product support teams in improving employee retention of parts and service employees through identifying training and development opportunities and ensuring the proper resources are available for them to work efficiently, effectively, and collaboratively as a team to deliver best in class solutions to our customers
  • Works with Area and Location product support teams to ensure that companywide and/or region marketing campaigns are executed effectively
  • Works with Area and Location product support teams to ensure dealer standards and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) policies and procedures are compliant for training, warranty, etc.
  • Assists Area and Location product support teams to ensure that all semis and company vehicles have the proper permits and licenses and that all policies and procedures are followed in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertaining to semis and other company vehicles. This includes ensuring that drivers follow all applicable company and government regulations and laws.
  • Supports the upkeep and maintenance of the facility and equipment at the locations within their region
  • Works with Area and Location product support teams in the ongoing training and development of all product support employees within their area, including compliance with dealer standards
  • Provides input to Area and Location product support teams on the proper parts inventory for each store in the area
  • Assists Area and Location product support teams in monitoring and reviewing monthly and quarterly performance goals for parts and service experts at each location within the region, in alignment with area and region objectives, and supports them in managing the parts and service experts to consistently meet or exceed their performance goals (ROA, margins, absorption, productivity, obsolete, WIP, cash, etc.)
  • May temporarily assume Parts or Service Manager responsibilities at locations within the region when vacancies occur
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: Required:
  • 5+ years’ related experience and/or related military experience, or a combination of related experience and related education/training (degree, certificate, etc.) totaling 5+ years
  • Ability to handle and resolve frequent interpersonal conflict
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, stressful work environment
  • Ability to respond quickly, accurately, and professionally to demands and requests from customers and employees
  • Ability to do same day travel up to 75% with occasional overnight travel and work flexible hours
  • Excellent understanding of financial statements and operating budgets
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently resolve employee and customer conflicts
  • Comprehensive understanding of internal and external business
  • Demonstrated ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
