Description Leading eCommerce Brand is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join their team for a freelance to potential full time opportunity! This is a fully remote position but ideally candidates will be local to Los Angeles.
Reporting in to the Associate Director of UX, you will be responsible for heading the UX design of an eCommerce site with a focus on customer accounts and retention.
Responsibilities:
participate in ideation and scoping for new initiatives, feature enhancements and A/B tests
collaborate with the UX + Product teams to identify and design solutions to usability issues
translate concepts into personas, user journeys, wireframes, site maps and user flows in low, medium and high-fidelity
create flawless prototypes in Figma
What we're looking for:
-5+ years in a UX design role with a portfolio showcasing responsive web design - ideally within an eCommerce brand
Experience planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping and usability concerns
Expert level in Figma
Extensive experience in using UX best practices to solve usability problems
