About the Role The Design & UX Group is highly multidisciplinary made up of designers from all backgrounds (product, industrial, visual, motion, etc), researchers, content strategists, program managers, and more. Come join us: https://www.hingehealth.design/

We are looking for an Lead Visual Designer to bring to life our B2B marketing strategies across demand generation channels and experiential opportunities.

You will help lead the creative process, development, and execution for our 360 (multi-channel) demand-gen campaigns, and in-person and virtual experiential (trade shows, webinars, conferences). You will also help elevate our marketing content, driving a deeper understanding of the creative teams role and partnership across experiential opportunities and marketing channels.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH

    • Concept and present work to design and marketing leadership while generating enthusiasm and buy-in for ideas.
    • Deliver strategic and conceptual work that weaves brand story, messaging and value propositions across touchpoints and the customer journey.
    • Create holistic design solutions for a range of demand generation channels, including large scale conferences, industry tentpoles, interactive content, social, and guide video projects.
    • Demonstrated strong agency oversight to algin with company OKRs.
    • Educate partners and infuse storytelling through experiential interactions.
    • Work cross-functionally, balancing the needs of stakeholders and breaking down complex narratives into simple, compelling ideas across marketing and product initiatives.
    • Mentor and develop members of the design team's skills and process around a holistic approach to event marketing.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

    • 7+ years of experience in design agency or in-house
    • Experience with storytelling through brand narratives.
    • Expertise in building out hyper-localized regional events alongside national broad messaging industry wide events.
    • Experience with industry standard product design tools such as Adobe and Figma
    • Knowledge of current industry trends, formats, and event processes
    • Experience telling stories across multiple platforms
    • Experience with working alongside audio/video production and post-production
    • Collaborate with creatives, program managers, marketing leadership, stakeholders and production agencies to serve our range of audiences.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key vendors and agencies.
    • Strengthen the creative culture at the team, R&D and Commercial marketing level.

The range of base salary for the position is between $102,100 - $185,500, plus equity, and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
