We are seeking Instructional Designer-Training and Development for a 1 year remote work from home contract role. May reside anywhere in the US.

In this role you will be responsible for the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of learning solutions.

The chosen candidate will be seen as the learning and education expert; leading consultative meetings and partnering with the leadership team across the department and enterprise. They will create educational strategies and implement learning solutions that will deliver the desired business results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content
  • Work with SMEs to identify target audience’s training needs
  • Set instructional goals and create content that matches them
  • Visualize instructional graphics
  • Analyze and apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design
  • Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process
  • Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc.)
  • Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course

Facilitating ILT/VLT Sessions as needed

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Corporate learning design and facilitation experience

Preferred Qualifications:
Project management and organizational experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills interfacing with all levels
* Attention to detail with process quality mindset
* Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
* Demonstrated capability to deliver work in a multi-project team-oriented environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office including SharePoint, Articulate, Captivate, case management systems, or Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Education: Verifiable high school diploma or GED is required. Bachelors degree or Masters degree is preferred.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $50.00-$63.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
