Account / Sales Manager
Auslogics is looking for a full-time Account/Sales Manager to join the company remotely
You will work with a great new SaaS solution we have launched recently. Use your skills and charisma to attract and sign up new companies or organizations to use our tool that boosts team productivity.Responsibilities
· Look for and start talking to potential clients (B2B), have video and audio calls, run demos
· Provide support to current service users and new user onboarding
· Help users resolve issues and eliminate difficulties in using the service
· Collect and systematize product feedback
· Run polls to identify demand for various features, create reports
· Work on user retention, reduce the percentage of customers who stop using the service
Requirements
· Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written)
· Ability to work with Google docs, sort data arrays, maintain spreadsheets and prepare reports
· Good communication skills, ability to present information in a well-structured way
· Quick learner, willing to grow in SaaS sales
