Customer Support Agent - Remote | Wfh ๐ฅ
As a Customer Service Agent at our company, you'll be responsible for leading the successful execution of a variety of projects from start to finish. You'll work closely with clients, drive contact throughout the project lifecycle, establish timelines, and develop detailed quotes for each client. Additionally, you'll be expected to identify and overcome any issues that may arise for a prospect or booked client.
To be considered for this role, you must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, with 2-3 years of experience in project management, customer service, or sales. You should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, an advanced skill set in time management and task prioritization, and the ability to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvement.
