As Invisible AI’s senior product designer, you will lead our design efforts and champion our design process.  You will be working on our flagship Insight platform to help deliver real-time computer
vision solutions to our customers. The features you design here will be used every day in some of the largest manufacturing facilities in the world. This is a highly collaborative role that will help bring to life a wide variety of projects and features for both our customers and employees. You have creative problem solving skills and ability to execute high quality work is essential. We are looking for someone to be a part of our organization that values our vision, execution and leadership mindset.
What you’ll be working on:
- Lead design aspects of a project from start to finish, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to take projects from concept to completion.
- You will facilitate a structured, collaborative and transparent design process with all stakeholders.
- Deliver high-quality, on time designs that take into account cross-functional requirements.
- Design user experiences that are intuitive, develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products and interactions.
- Elevate, create and maintain design systems, web pages, templates, processes to support scalability and conversion.
- Use user research and data to advise design concepts and translate complex ideas into flows and continuously elevate the quality of our products.
- Talk to customers frequently and engage in research to deeply understand their mental models, needs, workflows and business operations.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to define problems, identify opportunities, and deliver improvements to existing products or introduce new ones.
- Maintain a comprehensive design library of reusable components in collaboration with front end engineers.
Skills we hope you have
- 6+ years of experience in tech or creative agency with wide knowledge of professional creative design, industrial design or related fields
- Excellent communication, time-management and process management skills
- Comfortable in leading, articulating and executing projects on your own.
- Experience in the automotive industry or related fields is highly desirable
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, specially comfortable working and collaborating in Figma.
- Very knowledgeable of best practices in web design and UX
- Ability to quickly iterate on solutions to meet our fast-paced engineering environment
- Experience in user-centered design with hands-on experience throughout the process, from user research, uncovering clear problem definition to developing prototypes and collaborating on implementation

Our compensation package plays a big part in how we value your impact to our mission. Our base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The estimated base salary guideline range for this role is between 150,000 – 190,000 and may be modified. This will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. In addition to base salary, your compensation package will include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for sales roles), and benefits.
