This is a Remote/Work from Home position reporting to the Vice President of Marketing.



Position Summary:

ClearCaptions is looking for a Marketing Manager who will manage and execute all DTC marketing activities, including demand generation, call-to-action and conversion content, retention marketing, sales enablement, and additional specific marketing communications to internal and external stakeholders. This role will work within marketing leadership and will be highly engaged with all teams within the company (e.g. Sales, Customer Support, Compliance, et. al.) to ensure that the marketing efforts are on target, on brand and meet the needs of the organization from lead generation to customer engagement and retention.



What you will do:

DRTV Management – Responsible for strategy, creation, execution, and measurement of DRTV campaigns. Review daily, weekly, monthly performance trends and direct optimization activities. Oversee DRTV budget pacing and media efficiency ensuring volume goals are met.

  • Customer Journey Management – Lead the development and refinement of the consumer journey to effectively engage consumers and drive business goals, develop testing strategies to improve promotion and measurement of success.
  • Research – Stay curious and maintain awareness of emerging marketplace, industry consumer engagement trends, while monitoring marketing activities with direct competitors.
  • Omni-channel Testing Strategies – We have a bank of campaigns with proven results, but we always want to strive to improve performance through rigorous testing. This can be through new channels, formats, audiences, or other tactics.
  • Optimization –Success in this role will require leveraging self-service management tools, analyzing campaign performance by integrating front and back-end metrics, and identifying areas of opportunity and risk. The successful candidate will need to be able to translate these analyses into actionable tactics.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting – Work with the data & analytics team on forecasting DRTV KPIs. Manage bi-weekly updates to internal performance reporting documents and monthly updates to the marketing forecast.
  • Team Management - Take an active talent management approach to onboard, mentor and inspire a diverse, highly engaged, and skilled team. Continually upgrade talent through a rigorous approach to timely talent management, development, succession planning and recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and/or Business preferred
  • 5-7 years of marketing strategy experience with direct-to-consumer
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate and inspire at all levels, including addressing opportunities, risks, and strategic positioning with the business
  • Proven track record of displaying ownership, urgency, and sound decision-making skills
  • Experience planning and managing marketing programs
  • Foundational understanding of all marketing channels both offline and online
  • Experience utilizing analytics as it relates to marketing performance measurement

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

Employees may experience the following physical demands for extended periods of time:

  • Viewing computer monitor, tablet and cell phone requiring close vision (70-90%)
Work Environment

  • 100% Remote: Work environment is at home
  • Remote with Travel: Work environment is primarily indoors at home, customer or vendor site, or other business meeting venue; exposure to all types of weather and temperature conditions during travel, and exposure to hazardous driving and traffic conditions. Travel (approx. 5%), may include overnight and out of state travel.
