PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • As directed by the Marketing Director, help execute marketing initiatives that support growth strategies for SullivanCotter (our consulting business) and Clinician Nexus (our technology business).
  • Work with business partners to refine complex topics and language into content that is easily understood.
  • Deliver high-quality writing and editing consistent with the tone and style of each firm’s brand voice; help manage required reviews and approvals of materials.
    • This includes content for: firm website, marketing collateral, social media, email, press releases, conference speaker submissions and presentations, webinars, Associate biographies, infographics, video scripts and thought leadership articles.
    • Design experience is a plus (PPT and/or Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Assist in the coordination, development, communication, and execution of marketing programs, and support senior leadership on key projects and client-facing deliverables.
  • Assist with creating email communications through ConstantContact and/or HubSpot.
  • Create innovative and effective marketing messages that build brand awareness and generate leads; help ensure the content aligns with target audience needs/motivations and industry trends.
  • Assist with the planning and execution of in-person and virtual client events and webinars, including developing collateral that delivers an elevated client and prospect experience.
  • Support the interpretation of marketing metrics (e.g., website statistics, email performance, social media, etc.) and subsequent adjustments to activities based on the results.
  • Stay up to date on emerging content trends and work with the digital marketing team to optimize content for SEO and accessibility.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business communications or mass communications.
  • 6-12 years of relevant marketing experience in a professional services firm with demonstrated skills in external B2B marketing.
  • Excellent copywriting, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to write succinct, engaging copy that appeals to readers.
  • Strong project management skills with an attention to detail; ability to manage and execute multiple projects under competing deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of email distribution systems, website content management systems, search engine optimization, HTML, video creation software, and Adobe Creative Suite applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, is not required but is a plus.
  • Experience in health care marketing in the consulting industry is a plus.

Reflected below is the base salary range offered for this position. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors including but not limited to academic achievements, skills and experience. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

  • $64,000 – $90,000
