Digital Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist 🔥

We are working with an exciting young Machine learning Canadian-based Software company that is revolutionizing a traditional market, creating a game-changing, ecosystem approach that is creating massive value for their customers. They are a small 50-plus staff organization looking to scale up by adding a remote Lead Generation Marketing specialist. This person will need to have b2b / b2c experience and CRM / Hubspot automation experience while working with other digital mediums to push sales and leads for the organization.
Core responsibilities:
- Manage, lead and build out HubSpot CRM implementation, with a focus on lead generation /marketing automation
- Working closely with sales, grow CRM and target lead lists, and maintain data quality within the marketing database
- Build out scalable processes for lead generation including vetting quality of data
- Monitor, measure and report the effectiveness of marketing initiatives against set objectives to make strategic adjustments as needed
- Develop and execute LinkedIn and digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Manage company website updates (blog, lead generation, team page, etc)
- Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas
- for optimization
- Work cross functionally with sales and customer success teams to ensure customer interactions are
- tracked and recorded and HubSpot is used effectively.
- Maintain event calendar for industry events
- 3 to 5 years of digital marketing experience, including hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM Or other CRM is a must. No exception
- Experience in lead generation, digital marketing, content design is a must
- Completion of a diploma or degree in Business or Marketing preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with clear and effective creative writing abilities
- Well-developed project management, organizational and time management skills
- Excels in a dynamic cross functional environment; able to quickly adjust to shifting priorities and requirements
- Driven, coachable, and competitive, along with a positive attitude in the workplace
- self-starter with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow personally and professionally
