GENERAL PURPOSE At MillerKnoll, our business spans multiple channels, geographies, and audience segments. While the brands within our collective effectively utilize social and digital media to accomplish their objectives, our collective MillerKnoll brand provides a distinct value especially for B2B audiences. This role—the Digital Strategist, Social Media —will serve as the primary strategist and executor for social media for MillerKnoll as well as B2B content for select other brands in our collective. The Digital Strategist, Social Media is responsible for developing and executing the social media content strategy for our Corporate MillerKnoll and key B2B brand channels, ensuring cohesive storylines and high levels of engagement. This role manages the content calendars and works with marketing, analytics, communications, and other teams to align contract digital marketing efforts with the organization's strategic priorities. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Implement an insights-led social strategy for our Corporate and B2B channels with an understanding of current social best practices, ensuring alignment with broader marketing priorities, business goals, voice, and brand. Platforms may include but are not limited to LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Optimize the use of social media management tools (Sprinklr) including publishing, reporting, listening, and day-to-day upkeep and maintenance.
  • Own the social media content calendar for the B2B channel across brands and MillerKnoll’s social platforms including management of timelines and priorities, coordinating with international marketing leads on the content calendar.
  • Assisting in establishing the performance goals, measures, and reports on related KPIs to establish benchmarks and drive future social campaigns and strategies.
  • Serving as resident expert and primary point of contact for social media management platform, including management and optimization of platform.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's Degree in in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, English, Design or related field.
  • 3+ years of social media marketing experience managing multiple products, ideally within a complex, fast-paced corporate environment.
  • 3 years of professional experience working with social media management and reporting tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Social Studio, Sprout, or similar.
  • Fluency with social analytics, social advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads) and SEO is a plus.
  • Experience producing social content, designs, and/or copy preferred, but not required.

  • Willingness to ‘roll up sleeves’ and dive deep into tactical work when necessary.
  • Good interpersonal skills, willingness to learn and continue to grow professionally.

  • Role can be located near one of our offices but is also remote-eligible given an ability to travel as needed to achieve business objectives.

A starting compensation range for this role is $75,763.60 - $95,181.80. Relevant salary considerations will include candidate qualifications and experience, other business/organizational needs and market factors . You may also be eligible to receive a geographic premium, annual discretionary incentive and equity awards which are subject to the rules governing these programs.
