About The Role
We are looking for an individual with a keen eye for detail to join us as our Social Media Coordinator. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the Social Media Coordinator will be essential in providing responsive and strategic marketing communications support and will be an integral part of the marketing and communications team.

Responsibilities
- Develop, schedule and post organic social media content
- Ensure content is on-brand and engaging
- Ensure content is aligned with campaigns, website, EDMs and other content across the business
- Optimise content based on key success metrics
- Brief and manage the creative and communications agency for organic social-led campaigns and media agency for paid social campaigns
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Illustrator or similar
- Provide support for video content development when required
- Impeccable organisation and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong customer focus
- Mac proficiency with advanced Microsoft Office suite skills
- High level understanding of digital and social media channels
- Accuracy and reliability
