The Solution Manager, Care Coordination Products will have a focus on the clinical problems faced by our members, clients and providers and work with cross functional teams to define marketable solutions that will create value for Quantum Health and our constituents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare transformation with a focus on innovative condition management strategies and a lens on how our warriors are best supported to deliver an optimal experience via multiple modalities. This candidate will be a highly skilled product leader with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of product production. To conceive solutions, this individual will work with clinical and non-clinical Subject Matter Experts from across the enterprise, as well as with external partners, to ensure they are solving the right problems and adding value, leading to the creation of roadmaps that will drive products.



What you’ll do

  • Analyze constituent needs, current market trends and define solutions that will create value.
  • Assess competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation.
  • Business case development.
  • Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams, delivering high level requirements.
  • Measure performance, ideate enhancements.
  • Focus on execution of the product lifecycle across your portfolio with a lens on product research, market research, competitive analysis, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development and product launch.
  • Partner with cross functional teams including solution experience, solution efficacy, marketing, sales, and account management.
  • Create product strategy documents detailing the business case, high level use cases, projected revenue, EBITA and ROI.
  • Translate product strategy into high level requirements and partner with solution experience team on delivery.
  • Develop and socialize product roadmaps.
  • Analyze market data to develop sales strategies in partnership with marketing, sales and account management, define product objectives for effective marketing communication plans.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Quantum Health.
  • Measure success of products in portfolio with a focus on the constituent experience, P&L, and additional relevant KPIs.
  • Vendor/partner relationship management, identify/evaluate potential partners in delivering existing or new products.
  • Work with marketing, sales and client engagement group for member/client facing solutions to ensure the value proposition is clear and effective.
  • All other duties as assigned.



What you’ll bring



Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: 5+ years’ experience in clinical product management and/or new product development; 3+ years’ experience in product at a digital healthcare or healthcare navigation company
  • Experience working closely with marketing, sales, account management and product owners
  • Experience working in an agile work environment
  • Able to translate market/customer (internal and external) needs into solutions and strategies that meet those needs at or above gross margin goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Has knowledge of product design principles and the application of design thinking methodology
  • Vendor management / relationship management skills
  • Understanding of P&L, proformas, pricing strategies
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and program management skills
  • Strong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently.
  • Trustworthy and accountable behavior, capable of viewing and maintaining confidential information daily.
