Key Responsibilities Include
- Building and executing a comprehensive social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
- Collaborating with brand partners to create compelling storytelling across our social media channels, including co-branded content, giveaways, live streams, and video.
- Managing and expanding our presence across existing social media channels, and identifying new ones for omnichannel delivery.
- Working closely with compliance to ensure approved messaging is deployed in the market.
- Establishing weekly reporting for all in-market social media channels.
- Assisting with in-store digital touchpoints, including lobby and showroom TVs, kiosks, and check-in systems for photography and video, and ensuring proper promotions, deals, and sales are showcased.
- Ensuring branding is cohesive and consistent at all stores.
- A post-secondary education or respective Digital Marketing Certificate(s)
- 1-3 years of digital marketing experience
- Experience with enterprise social media management platforms & CRMs
- The flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in technology (CRM/CDP/eCommerce/Email/Text/SEO)
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work well as part of a team to achieve goals/results
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
