    Digital Transformation and Technology (DT&T) as a product and platform delivery IT organization, is focused on delivering business value to our customers and are continually evolving the way MVP uses technology to grow our business. Focusing on digital modernization, this position has an essential role in our transformation to a optimized IT organization.



    Citizen Development is the concept that enables non-IT staff to solve business challenges with no or low-code technology. At MVP, we are leveraging Microsoft's technology stack to foster this concept, so key to success in this role is a deep understanding of Microsoft's Power Platform, as well as the data sourcing options that make these tools effective. The individual in this role must be able to administer the Microsoft Power Platform, support fusion development with our non-pro developers, and have technical expertise to use all facets of the Power Platform.



    As part of our team, you will be collaborating with coworkers in a dynamic and creative environment keeping abreast of the latest trends in the citizen development space. Leveraging your strong technical skills, you will strategically implement solutions to enable our organization to reach its goals.

    Roles & Responsibilities:



    Citizen Development

    • Works within the organization to promote and champion the citizen development mindset
    • Enables business partners to learn and grow their citizen development skill set
    • Establishes and manages guidelines and standards to ensure citizen developers are building scalable, resilient, compliant, and protected solutions.
    • Actively identify opportunities to leverage citizen developers across the organization to drive innovation, efficiency, transparency, and quality improvement.
    • Execute quick technical feasibility assessments to evaluate customer-identified solutions.
    • Develop, aggregate and present relevant metrics to drive adoption.
    • Stay current on the latest developments and trends in the citizen development discipline
    • Ensure citizen development solution architecture decisions are made in accordance with relevant technical strategies, policies, standards practices and governance; ensure any deviations are properly identified, addressed, and communicated


    Microsoft Power Platform

    • Ability to determine appropriate integration path for various platforms Microsoft and non-Microsoft
    • Manage data integrations, custom connectors, APIs and components that enable citizens to build solutions
    • Supports end-users across the power platform to ensure business objectives are met and described business outcomes achieved.
    • Monitors power platform activity ensures proper usage, and reports metrics to leadership teams.
    • Participates in the review and quality assurance of power platform solutions
    • Creates and maintains power platform infrastructure. Applies and leads upgrades to infrastructure as needed.
    • Develops power platform infrastructure to support change management principals.
    • Identify new Microsoft technology enhancements as they are released; understand product capabilities, positioning, deployment strategies, best practices, and potential risks.
    • Manage the portfolio of power platform products to ensure application architecture is aligned with MVP's current and future needs.
    • Track the roadmaps of Microsoft and other major vendors to maintain alignment between corporate strategy and emerging technology.


    Other

    • Minimal travel between MVP offices, including overnight travel.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned .



    Position Qualifications



    Minimum Education

    Bachelor's degree in the field of computer science, information systems, or related field. In lieu of degree, 3-4 years' related experience will be considered.



    Minimum Experience

    • 5 IT delivery
    • Experience with M365 tools.
    • or similar technologies.
    • Experience with programming Python or a similar language, JSON, APIs, and Azure data services preferred
    • Experience working in the Data Management and information Management spaces. Experience in data warehousing, data modeling, and data analysis. Good knowledge of data management preferred
    • Agile
    • Healthcare industry experience preferred.
