What's so interesting about this role?

We are looking for an AdOps Specialist/Ad Trafficker who is familiar with the ins-and-outs of Ad Ops, impressions, ad tags, ad servers, and how to truly help boost a brand. The ideal candidate is a hungry, thoughtful, problem-solver who requires minimal direction.

What's the job?

  • Manage the daily fulfillment and insertion of all ad campaigns for the digital platforms and with third party partners
  • Lead trafficking process for digital campaigns across a variety of tech platforms including campaign set up and mid-campaign optimizations to ensure full delivery
  • QA campaign creatives against ad standards and for specifications compliance to ensure proper functionality
  • Track, debug and troubleshoot issues with ad tags, campaign delivery, performance, and discrepancies with media/client/agency team/s vendors and partners and proactively drive solutions
  • Provide outstanding customer service for internal and external partners
  • Execute ad-hoc project related activities as needed

What we'll love about you

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in digital trafficking or ad operations
  • Extensive experience working with Ad Servers like Google Ad Manager (Doubleclick for Publishers) as well as with third party ad servers (DV360, Sizmek, OpenX, Celtra, etc) and ad-verification vendors (Integral Ad Science, DoubleVerify, MOAT, etc)
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising workflow and media vocabulary (impressions, CPM, conversions, etc) and performance metrics.
  • Attention to detail and ownership of tasks, ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a fast-paced team and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills and working knowledge of HTML, and JavaScript codes

Grindr is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base pay for this role is between min $75,000 and max $110,000. This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
