MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining customer records by updating account information
Emailing/mailing service information to our customers
Handle customer calls despite the degree of difficulty, in a courteous and business-like fashion
Provide excellent quality customer service to resolve matters for customer
Adhere to and meet client program metric performance goals
Communicating with customers by phone, email, and live chat
Order processing and fraud verification
Be a team player and work in a team environment
REQUIREMENTS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
Bilingual a plus
Knowledge of breast pumps and/or breastfeeding a plus
Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook and other MS Office applications
