Position Description: Position Summary
Part performance analytics, part digital marketing management, the Performance Marketing Specialist will lead our full-funnel marketing performance and revenue generation initiatives.
The Performance Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving strategy development, planning and execution across the full customer journey within all revenue generation marketing channels. An evolved function combining traditional demand generation with full-journey performance and revenue accountability, this role will leverage your experience in both offline and online marketing and a passion for taking on acquisition, retention and revenue growth efforts.
Youll leverage skills to own and/or coordinate Paid Search, Display, Paid Social, SEO, Affiliate/ Influencer/Partnership Marketing, Email Marketing, and more. Youll demonstrate an ability to develop effective campaigns and programs that will lead to the generation of qualified traffic and convert visitors into leads and converted customers. Further, youll leverage similar strategy, planning and execution discipline to develop and drive additional business through existing broker and business owner relationships.

What you will be doing:
Lead the development of performance revenue marketing strategy and execution across NIP Group businesses to establish and scale the revenue contribution of marketing initiatives.
Develop and drive organic and paid media campaigns to target KPIs and returns, with scalable strategies that can be targeted to program-, state- and underwriting-appetite goals.
Author and communicate full-journey marketing metric baselines and targets via performance dashboardsincluding but not limited to CPC, CPL, Funnel Conversion (MQL: SQL, SQL: Submission), ROAS, and CACand identify key drivers and opportunities for improve.
Establish data collection and lead attribution to track channel performance, making tactical decisions within channels.
Generate new marketing qualified leads through the conversion and optimization of onsite traffic through landing pages and lead generation content.
Build and nurture existing broker and business owner prospects to drive renewals and additional revenue generation, leveraging available targeting data and segmentation between Marketo & Salesforce to unlock more business from our existing base.
Identify opportunities that will lead to growth and enhancement of existing marketing initiatives in online channels, as well as identify and execute new online channels or campaigns that can drive acquisition and profitability for the business. Outline the path and plan from initial test to scalability.
Infuse test and learn methodologies into our performance program through a series of A/B, geo-x and pre/posts testing to gauge either direct business impact or incrementality.
Co-lead and coordinate SEO efforts, prioritizing and tracking the implementation of content and technical recommendations from agencies and internal teams.
Own the budget for all paid performance marketing initiatives. Experience & Qualifications
5+ years in digital marketing and performance analytics (agency experience is a plus)
Data-minded with strong analytical sensibilities and the ability to drive and dig into the analytics process and champion insights
Hands-on experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and/or other tracking software
Google AdWords, Display Network and Facebook Business Manager experience
Hands-on experience in marketing automation concepts (tools, scripts, APIs, dynamic/triggered campaigns); Marketo experience is a plus
Experience with affiliate marketing, remarketing/retargeting campaigns, and display advertising
An understanding of programmatic advertising
History of building custom reports in a data visualization tool (in-platform report builders, advanced Excel reporting, Google Data Studio, and/or PowerBI/Tableau background) Education/Certification

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Data Science or equivalent experience
Also valued: Google Digital Marketing Certification, LinkedIn Digital Marketing Certificate, Facebook Blueprint Certification, Google Ads Marketing Certification, YouTube Certification, Google Analytics Certification, or a Digital Marketing certification from an accredited institution
