Part-time Remote Support Specialist - Customer Service / Social Media
At Leonard Group our goal is to embody and promote hope-filled stories through our jewelry, keepsakes, and leather goods. We are looking to add a reliable Support Specialist to our team.
The Support Specialist role offers the opportunity to work in a remote environment which requires organization, attention to detail, and the ability to complete tasks requiring independent judgement. This role is responsible for responding to customers in a timely manner, providing exceptional service by email in assisting with placing orders, supplying product information, problem-solving and ensuring overall brand satisfaction. You will also respond to social media posts on Facebook and Instagram.
Skills we are looking for:
You must be available to train in the office during an agreed upon schedule between the hours of 7am and 4pm, Monday through Friday. Once training is complete, we are open to discussing a self-determined schedule as long as it is consistent. We are looking for someone to work remote 15 – 20 hours per week.

- High school diploma, currently enrolled in secondary education, college degree or substantial related experience.
- Pay $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.
