Job Summary

The Brand and Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for working with the Chief Revenue Officer and marketing team to oversee and maintain the brand, content, and event components of the marketing execution plan with a goal of generating leads for new business, retaining customers, and driving revenue. The Brand and Content Marketing Specialist supports all business units as directed by the Chief Revenue Officer. They will work closely with the sales team, client service teams, and other key leaders.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Handle all brand management and communications execution across all applicable channels for Payroll Network and GovConPay, including to prospects, clients, and partners.
  • Execute the social media strategy in tandem with the Digital Marketing Specialist and manage all social media channels for Payroll Network.
  • Create and update monthly content calendar.
  • Work with various business units to create customized content, and ensure all communication materials are proofread, consistent and properly branded.
  • Create monthly newsletters for Payroll Network, GovConPay and all associated verticals/business units.
  • Manage the content engine, blog postings and amplification, lead magnet development, and other sales collateral, as requested, and manage updates to existing sales collateral.
  • Assist the Digital Marketing Specialist with event strategy execution for webinars, in-person events, and sponsored events including pre and post preparation and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team on all aspects of client communications, including the Year-end campaign.
  • Work with the Digital Marketing Specialist on the comms for all product releases and new product launches.
  • Work with the Sales Manager, CRO, and RevOps Specialist on developing, implementing, and maintaining the client and partner/advisor affiliate program, including the online portal, reward tiers, incentives, and marketing material, emails, and comms for initial and ongoing promotion of the program.
  • Create and maintain all partner/advisor marketing enablement materials alongside Sales Manager and CRO.
  • Maintain/update project management tool daily.
  • Monitor isolved Partner Portal on a weekly basis to identify new marketing content and product updates.
  • Perform other duties as required.

This is what we are looking for:

  • 2-3 Years of experience with Hub Spot and Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred
  • HubSpot Certification preferred, but not required
  • 1-3 years related working experience in Sales support and/or Marketing
  • Proficient in marketing automation, digital marketing, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform
  • Quick learner- able to adopt new software and quickly get up to speed.
  • Systems knowledge of tools such as: InDesign, WordPress, HubSpot, Canva, Illustrator, Vidyard, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, HTML (for email design), etc.
  • Superior organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Excellent writing abilities for any media and able to formulate ideas into compelling content.
  • Able to multi-task, manage and complete time-sensitive cross-functional projects.
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience preferred
