As a Marketing Specialist your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Work with various departments as needed on individual marketing needs, as assigned
  • Create (from scratch and templates) and format various invitations, signs, formal proposals, brochures, presentations, and other client-facing materials
  • Update websites built on multiple platforms
  • Stay current with travel industry news, trends, and security updates
  • Develop and proof content for various internal and external communications, including blogs, digital magazine, and social media, using the "FROSCH" voice applied to multiple audiences
  • Coordinating internal communications calendar and managing weekly and ad-hoc sends across the company and according to audience
  • Manage social media calendar, coordinating the timely deliverable of all assets and developing posts including imagery, content, hashtags, and video
  • Summarize content and analyze data to prepare presentations and summary reports
  • Prepare marketing-related trainings, policies, and more for internal use
  • Develop presentations, creating eye-catching visuals to convey complex concepts
  • Participate in larger marketing projects in pipeline according to timelines

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Graphic Design or Communications preferred)
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing-related position required
  • Expert in the Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite or similar design program required
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and/or familiarity with WordPress
  • Experience managing Social Media for a business a plus
  • Knowledge of Monday.com or similar task management system, MailChimp
  • Familiarity with a survey tool, particularly Microsoft Forms and/or Power Automate, a plus
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft influential messages
  • Eager to learn and collaborate with a proactive attitude and strong listening skills
  • Creatively-inclined, with an eye for good design and solid understanding of branding principles
  • Extremely detail oriented and highly organized with the ability to prioritize, adapt, and swiftly execute
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with a proactive approach to managing competing priorities
  • Approaches all projects and situations with a positive attitude first and foremost, applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills
