Position Overview:

The Customer Support Representative will be a key point of contact for customers. The Customer Service Rep will be responsible for answering inbound calls from customers, quickly assessing customer needs and proactively providing solutions to product-related inquiries.


IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Provides superior customer service while handling inbound calls for SiteOne.com issues.
  • Documents details of customer interaction in system while on the phone.
  • Drives repeat business by providing excellent service and giving customers onetime resolution. Builds relationships with customers.
  • Elevates customer comments and complaints to branch and area management as needed.
  • Acts as a liaison between customers and other field support teams including but not limited to; marketing, credit, AP, HR and legal.
  • Meets or exceeds scorecard requirements for productivity, schedule adherence, quality and attendance. Completes assignments accurately despite a large workload.
  • Key metrics include Time to Answer, Time to Return Missed Calls, Individual Customer Survey Scores
  • Provide training for SiteOne.com and helps customers navigate their orders online.
Skills We Are Seeking::
  • 1-3 years of customer service or retail sales experience is preferred.
  • Customer Service mentality
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
