Are you a hungry, ambitious self-starter with a passion for health and wellness looking to break into tech/SaaS sales?

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast-growing team as we continue to promote a health and wellness platform that genuinely helps people live healthier and happier lives.

This is an outbound prospecting sales role where you find leads, convince prospects to learn more, and drive growth. While this is an entry level sales role you will be closely mentored and developed with the opportunity for rapid advancement in the sales org (or beyond).

What You'll Be Doing

  • Prospecting for new clients via phone, email and other channels at high volume
  • Qualifying and reaching out to leads generated by marketing
  • Actively seeking out new potential client accounts and making first contact to generate interest
  • Scheduling demos of the Burnalong platform for qualified prospects
  • Working with Account Executives to ensure qualified leads convert into paid clients

What You Bring to the Table

  • Strong communication skills over both phone and email
  • Hungry, hunter mentality. Motivated to hit and exceed your numbers
  • Self-motivated, history of hustle and grit
  • Ambitious, curious, demonstrated history of having a strong work ethic
  • Humble, able to be coached
