Responsibilities:



Campaign Strategy:



Responsible for strategic roadmap of sales campaigns for the business group across Enterprise and SMB organizations

  • Partners with product, marketing, GTM and data teams to align product roadmap, strategic initiatives and company objectives against specific business sales campaigns to effectively target new and existing customers to achieve desired revenue outcomes
  • Ability to efficiently segment the customer base to maximize Frontier’s business product offering
  • Establish sales campaign targets and manage development of actionable measurement to evaluate campaign effectiveness to leverage learnings
  • The ability to convert data and customer insights into actionable, profitable and timely planning of sales campaigns
  • Enable effective communication that provides all stakeholders with relevant, timely and accurate information.

Relationships and Influence:

  • Ability to work with cross functional teams in a collaborative fashion and exercising judgement in delegating work to achieve desired results.
  • Demonstrate effective communication strategies with key stakeholders that enable their desire and commitment to achieve quality execution of program launches.
  • Create and maintain consistent, sales campaign management processes

Experience and Requirements:

Minimum requirements:

  • 5+ years of related job experience in business planning, sales strategy, insights and analytics
  • 3+ years of experience working with cross functional teams

Business Experience/Critical Skills:

  • Experience in converting data into insights
  • Business planning and program strategy
  • Strong interpersonal skills to drive engagement and commitment to achieving desired goal
  • Demonstrate success/excellence in a team environment
  • Demonstrated decision quality; the ability to make decision with limited data
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as with multiple teams and manage tight deadlines
  • Excellent leadership and presentation skills in leading multiple teams to obtain desired results

Specialized Knowledge/Additional Skills:

  • Seasoned sales strategy, insights and analytics executive
  • Broad knowledge base of Frontier portfolio elements (Voice, Data and Video offerings)
  • Strength with sales platforms (ie – SalesForce), CRMs, Excel, PowerPoint

Education

Bachelor’s degree required
