Job Title: US Marketing Associate, HOKA Reports to: US GTM Manager, HOKA Location: Remote The Role

The US Marketing Associate plays an important role in helping oversee the successful completion of projects and deliverables tied to consumer and wholesale opportunities at HOKA. Under the guidance of the US GTM Manager, the US Marketing Associate will be responsible for assisting the marketing team with trade marketing initiatives and platforms, the development of point of purchase tools, and will also maintain day to day logistics and planning around footwear giveaway and sample allocation. This role will support the US Marketing Department, while operating within the US Go-To-Market Team, and most closely partnering with the Sales, Creative, Field Experience, and Marketing Operations Teams. There will also be regular collaboration with numerous cross-functional departments to facilitate, execute, and communicate ongoing seasonal brand and campaign asset needs. The US Marketing Associate is responsible for building a relationship with key Strategic Accounts in collaboration with the HOKA Key Account Sales team. As the main point of contact with the HOKA marketing team, this individual will manage and lead the creation of a marketing strategy and calendar with each strategic account. Relationship building, business management, data analysis and reporting are skills key to this role for building long term brand health and loyalty with consumers and accounts.

A strong candidate for this role is extremely organized, detail oriented, and operationally minded, and is an independent self-starter who will fearlessly lean into unfamiliar situations to learn new information and pose solutions for efficiency and productivity. This role is extremely valuable to the success of the entire Marketing Team.

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

  • 1. Executes the day-to-day operations involved with developing and executing marketing initiatives as a part of the Strategic Account wholesale strategy with internal HOKA team. This includes owning the timeline and facilitating the creation and approval of marketing assets and deliverables between teams alongside the HOKA Key Account Sales Representative and GTM Manager.
  • 2. Owns the Promoboxx asset management platform including uploading, organizing, and communicating updates with Field Experience and Sales Team.
  • 3. Supports Marketing and Field Experience Team with the design, development, production, and invoicing of marketing related materials for consumer and wholesale activations.
  • 4. Supports GTM Manager with logistics and planning including footwear sample allocation and shipment, and places orders for footwear needs and bulk reservations within internal and external systems within seasonal needs and budget.

We’d love to hear from people with

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-3 years related marketing experience.
  • Footwear/retail experience preferred.

$29.00 - $33.00 per hour. The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
