Entry Level - Human Resources Advisor 🔥
The Entry Level Human Resources Advisor will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our human resources department. This is a remote position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to our employees and managers on a variety of HR-related topics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Provide support to employees and managers on HR-related topics such as benefits, policies, and procedures
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and files
- Respond to employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with the administration of employee benefits
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
- Experience with recruitment and onboarding is a plus
