Entry Level - Human Resources Advisor 🔥


The Entry Level Human Resources Advisor will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our human resources department. This is a remote position, and the successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to our employees and managers on a variety of HR-related topics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Provide support to employees and managers on HR-related topics such as benefits, policies, and procedures
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and files
  • Respond to employee inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • Experience with recruitment and onboarding is a plus
