Front End Developer 🔥

Role Description:

The Front-End Developer will develop, support, troubleshoot, enhance, and maintain development of user-side web applications including visual elements and screen/file configurations (XML/JSON files) within the Digital areas. This person will meet with various functional and technical teams to understand requirements, produce project scope documentation and identify needs while optimizing web application designs and usability for various formats, such as web and mobile platforms.

Job Duties:

Configure application screens and XML/JSON files in addition to contributing to design and optimization of web apps while participating in various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including planning, technical requirements analysis, coding, and code reviews.
Effectively work with clients to develop the overall look and design of applications while producing, maintaining and modifying and user interfaces.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand end user needs to be translated into technical solutions while monitoring scheduled production related tasks in the system(s) and resolving any questions or issues as needed to ensure accurate and timely results.
Ensure applications are accessible across many platforms, such as laptops, web and mobile devices in addition to fixing and issues or bugs that arise.
Interface with Scrum Masters, Product teams, Developers, QA Engineering actively on code review sessions offering updates and progress reports to upper management when necessary.

Education & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
3-4+ years’ experience designing and optimizing layout and usability of web applications & SW
3-4+ years’ experience programming and developing solutions in JavaScript
Must be able to configure screens, XML and JSON files
Experience working with JIRA and designing UI/UX solutions
