Transformation Training Designer - Graphic/web Design 🔥
Remote role - part-time flexibility between 8am - 5pm M-F no more than 20 hrs a week

Job Description:
The Freelance Transformation Training Designer is responsible for graphic design, layout and development of various learning-focused resources including videos, animations, and web-based content. Daily responsibilities include the ability to collaborate with team members to gather raw information, create outlines, design prototypes, and develop high-quality materials, often within aggressive project deadlines. The Freelance Transformation Training Designer will work closely with other Full-time and Freelance Training Designers on the team and will be accountable to the Transformation Training Team Project Managers.
Daily Functions Within the Role
Leverage tools and experience to create storyboards, design training prototypes, develop new content and revise existing content, including eLearning, mobile learning, ILT/vILT, video, and performance support web pages with customized features (ex:  carousels, accordions, and pop-ups)
Consult with Training Project Managers and others to propose design concepts to gain alignment on the best solution(s) based on assessed training needs
Provide timely and detailed updates on tasks for all assigned projects, including status against established deadlines, risks/issues, and suggested mitigation strategies
Perform research and identify internal/external solutions for new learning frameworks, technologies, strategies, and design/development tools
Leverage creative problem solving and design thinking strategies to propose new and innovative solutions that address the needs of learners and project stakeholders
Perform additional duties as assigned
Specific Skills Needed
Advanced video and graphic design production skills in industry-standard tools, including Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to design, develop, test and troubleshoot responsive webpages for a variety of mobile devices
Proven capability in creating targeted and engaging visual assets for a variety of use cases
Ability to conceptualize and create interactive, user-focused training content in a variety of formats
Ability to manage multiple projects and associatd tasks simultaneously, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Ability to utilize organizational and time management skills to work independently
Excellent verbal communication, collaboration, and writing/editing/proofreading capabilities
Emphasis on staying current in day-to-day design applications, as well as expanding knowledge with potential uses of emerging apps and other technologies
Required Technical Knowledge and Experience
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Audition, Premiere, Acrobat DC)
Video design, development and production experience
O365 (Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
Additional Knowledge and Experience
HTML5/CSS/JavaScript/Bootstrap
Experience with 3D Animation and motion graphics
Experience with iOS app/game development
Experience with Agile Methodology and User-centric Design principles
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Salary: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
