Social Media Manager 🔥
Position Summary
The Social Media Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing engaging content via all social media outlets for Arsenal Strength.
Essential Functions
1. Manage and post to all social media outlets including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Tik Tok, and YouTube.
2. Work with the Content Creator role to brainstorm content that is on brand and pushing industry and global trends.
3. Communicate with those that engage our brand, including answering all message sand private messages daily.
4. Create monthly, quarterly, and yearly plans of attack for each outlet based on current trends and KPIs.
5. Understand and stay current on social media trends and apply those to Arsenal Strength.
6. Develop metrics/KPIs for each outlet.
7. Create and develop social media Paid Search Campaigns.
8. Adhere to strict social media budget.
9. Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
10. Maintain 5S in work areas.
11. Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards.
12. Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibility None
Work Environment This job operates in a remote environment. The individual will be required to adhere to safety policies and procedures when visiting the manufacturing floor.
Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 lbs and occasionally lift and or move up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, requiring 9 hours of work per day Monday through Thursday and 4 hours on Friday. Position will require work on flexible shifts, additional hours and weekends.
Travel Limited travel is required for this position.
Education
1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience
1. 1-2 years experience working with social media platforms
2. 1-2 years experience working on a marketing team
Skills
1. Strong verbal and written communication.
2. Strong understand of trends within various social media platforms
3. Strong understanding of brand awareness for Arsenal Strength
4. Strong understanding of social media operations
5. Strong communication skills and understanding of various voices on different platforms
6. Ability to work well independently as well as in a team atmosphere.
7. High attention to detail and self-motivation skills.
8. Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.
9. Work well independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
